The career I want to select

My name is Fahmid Hasan. I have a lot of dreams. When I was a kid my dream is to be a pilot, and as the time goes by, I have other dreams, sometimes; I want to be a president, an army, doctor and other interesting dreams. But now I have grown up, now I know what I want to be. Its means to choose a profession for future life. Man is the best creation of god. He connote run his life towards the path of prosperity and happiness without having a definite aim in life.

Necessity: Our life is like a journey and a journey must have a destination. An aim is life is the best guide to reach the desired destination. We can assert that just as a compass guides a sailor on the sea to make his ship reach the desired destination of his journey properly, it also guides a man to make his life reach the desired goal of his zigzag journey of life. A man cannot try his luck on many a profession. A proverb also says,

                         “A rolling stone gathers on moss”

Again, The Allah (god) has sent man on earth with a great mission of living in deeds and not in year. This is whey, a definite life a must to win in the battle of life and fulfill its mission.

            “I slept and found that life is beauty, I woke and found that is duty”.

Different aims: Different persons have different choice, tastes and temperament and as such they have different aims, somebody desires power, somebody hankers after wealth and races and somebody craves for high honor and high dignity in the society. Some wants to become social activist and work amount the distressed humanity and leave behind them footprints of the sands of time. Again, someone wants to be and engineer of neither a doctor nor a teacher and so on. This choice of profession entirely depends on ones taste, aptitude and intensity of desire.

My choice: I am a student now. Now, I almost finish my studies in university. I have like others a definite aim in my life. It is teaching. It is a profession after my heart. I like to lead and ideal life of “plain living and high thinking.” I know that a teacher in our country is not economically wee-off. Yet to be teacher is to me a noble ambition. I like to imaging myself watching the slowly expanding minds of the young people like the petals of a flower. To choose my profession, I have been greatly inspired and guided by the following Chinese proverb.

                                 “if you plan for a year, sow an seed.

                                If you plan for a decade, plant a plant

                            If you plan for a century, teach the people.”

Reason for choice: Teaching is the noblest of all professions. Teachers are more than any other classes the guardian of civilization. They keep the torch of civilization ever- running. They are the potential builders of the nation. I think, a teacher is in a better position in the society to serve the nation well and command honors and respect from the people of all walks of life. A teacher and respect from the people of all walks of life. My motto in life world is. “To serve man is to serve god.” This is why; I think the grounds of my choice to become a teacher leave no room for any controversies.

How to fulfill: Life is not a bed of roses. Is rather like a battle to be fought valiantly. Mine is a student life. I know that student life is the life of preparation-preparation for the struggle of life. I have to work vigorously with my studies and make my way through the zigzag path of my life. This why I am determined to try again and again and yet again and over again to come out successful. Let me quote the poet and work accordingly.

                     “Though you stumble off boys, never be downcast.

                          Try and try again, you will succeed at last.”

Then I like to go into my profession. My goal is to dedicate myself in the national campaign of making the country free from the curse of illiteracy and thereby building up a happier. Healthier and wealthier nation I do believe, I shall be able to reach my goal with the grace of almighty Allah.

Epilog: In fact, the success in life largely depends on the right choice of profession. I have a determination to act upon the maxim:

                    “Honor and shame from no condition resell,

                   Act well your part and there all the honors lie.”

Bare me, knowing myself

There are many people who are living in this world and everyone has different personalities. There are no two people who have the exactly same personalities. Everyone in this world is unique in their own ways. One’s personality is something that does not change which makes one unique and special. As for me, I am a responsible and sympathetic person. I am self-confident. That’s why I think I am different from other.

Family where I born

My name is Md. Fahmid Hasan but most friends call me fahmid and family call me choto khoka, because of I am the last son of my family. I was born on 18^th May 1991 in a big family where already 12 members. In the childhood I live in Gurudaspur, Natore with my big family. I live with my mother, brothers and other relatives (grandparents, uncle, aunt…). My father not living with us, because he is busy with his business. He is a politician, so I and my mother understand him. He meets with us every week 2-3 times,in that time he gives me a lot of gifts.

In the big family, I don’t have any sister but nine brothers and I am the last number so that I am very much happy and not bored, but I am not sad about it. I am an active, easy-going and talkative person and I love to talk with new people.

But now I am in Dhaka with my elder brother and my other family member in different place in my country. So we always had a great time gathering together especially when any festival comes and great public holidays like Eid.

What I like

I love sports like cricket, badminton, and football as a village boy likes other village games. I like to try new things, if it too dangerous for me. Reading has been my hobby since childhood, and it is an activity, in which I spend most of my weekend time, till date. I can read anything; ranging from newspapers, magazines, to science journals.

Oh and not just sports, I also love music. I can say music is my life. I can play harmonium, guitar(just a little). Well, actually I can’t play music, but haven’t learned the entire song yet. I mostly love to listen to the music. I like most folk, natural songs like robindro, nazrul, adhunic bangle, and movie songs and some hip-hop songs. I didn’t like sad songs though, because it’s make me feel blue.

Back to myself, I am interested in other languages, including English, German, as well as the cultures and social lives in these countries. In my free time I like to play on the computer, sleep, listen to music and read about scientific books and also love novel. When I was young my elder brother always bought me many books, so I familiar with lots of. I didn’t like to read a comic book like others.

Core ambition

My ambition is be a rich business man and the perfect Pharmacist at the same time. Besides having Master’s qualification in Pharmaceutical Technology from one of the best university in our country, I have also running my research with medicine.

So I need to study hard and be more. I hope that my life will be better and better, and I hope that staying in Dhaka will be a rewarding experience with no trouble. Finally, I hope all my dreams will come true and a will be very happy if I succeed in my studies and in my life.

Last talk

As I told you before, I am easy-going person, but I am not going to tell you that I am perfect. Nobody’s perfect after all.

Sometimes, I am a lazy person like others, but I am still responsible when it comes to my work.

Wherever I go, I run into myself

When I think back to the days when I was a child, I think about all of my wonderful childhood memories. Often I wish to go back, back to that point in life when everything seemed simpler. Sometimes I think about it too much, knowing I cannot return.

I have to write about, but I don’t know where to start. Does this sound like you? If so, rest assured that you are not alone. I have to say something about Childhood. Here it goes.

Let me give a try to see what kind of image you have about me through myself description. I hope that my impression and your impression about me are not so different.  

     

So Child: When I was so child if I want anything in several time to my elder brother he beats me, and then I was wiping and went to mother to say about this but she said’, he is your elder. But I said to mother when I was elder then I beat younger. My mother just smiled.

Childhood Hobby: I was a village boy so I interested on village game, like flying kite, catching fish, playing cricket in the open ground and so on. 

                                    

When I imagine in that time just I closed my eyes and think if I can back this time again.

                                   

The First School: My primary and secondary school was located in the river side and also in main town. It was a small road, cars would have a hard time passing through. The school had one to ten classes with about 1500 student altogether. I don’t remember the cover of my ABC Language but only its first few pages. The letters were printed in big black block characters. I learned to write with chalk on a tiny slate that could be easily broken into pieces if I inadvertently dropped it.

Making friendship: We did not realize we were making memories, we just knew we were fun.

Missed childhood: It is the best time of my life and also,,,

we carry our childhood with us. If you don’t do anything stupid when you’re young, you won’t remember something funny when you’re old.

I missed my childhood days…No worries..No responsibility..No heartaches..No pain..Just plain fun and Innocence..
